We are developing a dedicated vehicle rental and leasing division alongside our established used-car dealership, workshop and vehicle operations.
We are looking for an experienced Rental and Leasing Manager who can take complete day-to-day ownership of the division. This is a senior, hands-on position for someone who understands how a successful vehicle leasing operation works and can lead everything from pricing, suppliers and leasing platforms through to sales, customer retention, compliance and fleet management.
The successful candidate must have substantial experience within vehicle leasing and a strong understanding of the major leasing platforms, funders, brokers and supplier networks. You should be capable of operating independently, making sound commercial decisions and developing the division without requiring constant supervision.
This is not a trainee or purely administrative role. We need someone with the knowledge, confidence and industry experience to take control of the operation and drive its growth.
