About the role
We’re working to build and grow a powerful movement of people to transform the experience of people living with Parkinson’s. A big part of how we will do that is by how we talk to and mobilise our existing supporters through a whole variety of channels to take additional actions for Parkinson’s UK.
You will be creating compelling content and using our tools to inspire and connect with our supporters to grow understanding of Parkinson’s and to take action to transform life with the condition.
What you’ll do:
- Work with teams across the charity to create effective supporter journeys that meet their objectives
- Support the team to manage the communications our Existing Supporters are receiving from teams across the organisation
- Work with the supporter engagement team to manage Parkinson’s UK Supporter communications calendar
- Support the Senior Journeys Officer to map supporter journeys across the organisation
- Support reporting and analysis of Existing Supporter communications to inform future plans
- Use understanding and insight to identify gaps in the supporter journey
