About the role
We’re seeking an experienced e-commerce officer to join our Trading team. Your role will be to showcase and promote our year-round range of products to raise income and engage supporters via our online shop, catalogues, and commercial partnerships. You will be a great communicator, maximizing potential income while ensuring supporters have a positive shopping experience.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the development and daily management of the online shop, including platform improvements.
- Develop digital marketing plans that complement overall Trading communication strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Add products to the online shop with clear, consistent, bold, and creative content to boost sales.
- Regularly review content to ensure it remains compelling, audience-focused, accurate, and relevant.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong understanding and experience with Shopify, including designing pages, basic HTML and CSS coding, and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience in planning, executing, and evaluating digital marketing activities across paid and owned channels.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
- Significant experience with CMS management and tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Experience working in a modern digital workplace using various digital tools.
