The Vacancy
Job Purpose
UCFB is seeking a Widening Participation & Student Finance Administrator to join the Access and Widening Participation (AWP) Team.
The AWP team plays a vital role in supporting UCFB\’s academic strategies aimed at improving access and progression for targeted student groups. The Student Finance colleagues are responsible for delivering all aspects related to Student Finance in accordance with UCFB’s policies and regulations.
Main Activities
Operational responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with the AWP Officer and Student Finance Officer to deliver the team’s enquiry and advice services across various channels (face-to-face, email, virtual).
- Providing administrative support to facilitate the delivery of existing and new AWP and Student Finance initiatives.
- Organizing student meetings, groups, or activities as part of student engagement with the AWP scheme.
- Communicating with students involved in the AWP scheme to keep them informed about support provisions and compliance requirements.
