Position: Program Manager

Reports to: Executive Director

Hours: 40 hours per week / Hybrid Position

Salary: Negotiable

Position Summary:

  1. Take the lead on training materials for instructors. Work with PBM Advisory Board Members to keep the hardcopy manual up to date. Create and develop video training modules with PBM PT consultant.
  2. Provide training for new instructors and ongoing training and support for existing instructors.
  3. Develop relationships with instructors at program sites. Develop a schedule to visit classes and engage with participants and instructors.
  4. Maintain an updated program outline as part of PBM’s marketing package. Grow and expand program offerings and locations to meet the needs of people with Parkinson’s Disease.
  5. Take the lead in rolling out new program sites: registering participants and working with instructors.
  6. Take photos and/or videos for social media when visiting program sites.
  7. Get trained on assessment software and attend semi-annual assessments.
  8. Work with PBM PT Consultant and physical therapy students to schedule assessment dates at program sites.
  9. Attend PBM events as schedule allows.
  10. Weekly progress meeting with Executive Director (1x/week in person).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
