Elevation Recruitment Group's Tech & Transformation division are looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to support a key client on a short-term engagement. This is a role for someone who can operate independently, take ownership, and bring deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and Aruba networking.
You'll be maintaining and improving a blended cloud and on-prem environment, keeping operations stable while driving key infrastructure projects. This is a fast-paced, highly technical role where your knowledge directly ensures smooth, reliable operations.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Infrastructure Engineer:
- Supporting and optimising Azure infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, networking, identity, monitoring)
- Configuring, troubleshooting, and enhancing Aruba switches
- Ensuring seamless integration between cloud services and on-prem networking
- Applying networking fundamentals across routing, VLANs, TCP/IP, and firewall principles
- Providing senior-level technical support in a dynamic project environment
Skills & Experience required:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure core services
- Proven expertise with Aruba networking hardware
- Strong grounding in networking fundamentals
