Parkinson Lee Executive Search has been retained by Tes to appoint a Head of Revenue Enablement. Tes is on a mission to power schools and enable great teaching worldwide. Its technology supports more than 13 million educators and over 25,000 schools across 100 countries.
This newly created leadership role will build and lead a global revenue enablement function focused on strengthening commercial performance. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success, the Head of Revenue Enablement will design and implement programmes that improve sales productivity, accelerate ramp time, support renewals and expansion, and optimise the revenue technology stack.
The role carries a clear commercial mandate to drive ARR growth, customer retention (NRR), and operational efficiency, while leading a small global team and establishing scalable enablement frameworks, playbooks and data-driven programmes.
The successful candidate will:
- Bring significant experience in senior sales or revenue enablement leadership roles
- Demonstrate a track record of improving sales productivity, ramp time and retention
- Have strong understanding of SaaS/technology go-to-market models and sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)
- Be comfortable leading distributed teams while remaining operationally hands-on
- Offer strong commercial judgement, analytical capability and stakeholder engagement
This represents a rare opportunity to shape and scale a global enablement capability within a mission-driven organisation supporting educators and schools worldwide. The ideal candidate will be based in a commutable distance to either the Sheffield or London office.
