Parkinson Lee Executive Search has been retained by a privately owned industrial manufacturing group to appoint an ambitious and commercially driven Sales & Marketing Director. This is a newly created senior leadership position within a highly respected engineering business with an established international footprint, recognised brands, and ambitious growth plans across the UK and Europe.
Operating within specialist industrial products and engineering solutions, the organisation serves a global distributor network alongside OEM and end-user markets. Following continued investment and acquisition-led expansion, the business is entering a pivotal phase of commercial development and is seeking a commercially astute leader to accelerate market penetration, strengthen brand presence, unlock new growth opportunities, and deliver sustainable revenue growth across domestic and international markets.
As part of its growth strategy, the business will also be developing a direct-to-customer sales channel (ecommerce) alongside its established distributor network.
The Opportunity:
