The Role

Working within a highly experienced and collaborative reporting team, you will take ownership of statutory reporting and group external reporting across multiple entities. • Deliver quarterly financial information for investors and other external partners
  • Oversee accounting treatment of portfolio investments
  • Prepare and review cashflow statements and supporting disclosures
  • Support external audit processes and maintain effective auditor relationships
  • Prepare Audit Committee papers and supporting analysis
  • Review and challenge financial data received from upstream finance teams
  • Standardise and improve reporting templates, documentation and controls
  • Operate effectively within a peer-review, flat team structure

Candidate Profile

We are keen to engage experienced interim professionals who:

  • Have demonstrable experience in external reporting, statutory accounts and group reporting
  • Have operated in complex, multi-entity or regulated environments (Financial Services advantageous)
  • Are confident working with imperfect data and applying sound accounting judgement
  • Are highly proficient in Excel and comfortable building and reviewing detailed reporting packs
  • Can work at pace and deliver to tight reporting deadlines
  • Are hands-on, detail-orientated and proactive in identifying issues
