IT Compliance Support Engineer – Hull 6 Month Contract | £420–£450 per day (inside IR35)
Are you an IT compliance professional who can bridge the gap between audits, governance, and development teams? Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading technology organisation who is looking for an IT Compliance Support Engineer to strengthen IT controls and make compliance straightforward, practical, and effective. You will be the go-to person for audit and compliance support, helping the business maintain strong governance while enabling development teams to work efficiently. This is a highly visible role where your work directly impacts productivity, operational resilience, and governance standards.
Duties of the IT Compliance Support Engineer:
- Supporting audits end-to-end: preparing evidence packs, maintaining documentation, and demonstrating IT controls
- Translating complex technical processes into clear, business-friendly explanations
- Embedding IT controls across change management, access control, and Azure DevOps pipelines
- Tracking risks, managing audit findings, and coordinating remediation with development teams
- Acting as the liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure compliance is clear and achievable
Skills & Experience You'll Bring:
- Strong experience with C#, SQL, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Jira
