Elevation HR are proud to be supporting the recruitment of a HR Advisor for a manufacturing business based in Doncaster on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a brand-new role created due to growth, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on generalist role with a strong Employee Relations focus. You'll join an established HR team within a large multi-site manufacturing business, supporting managers, and helping to build capability across the organisation. This is a fully site-based role with bi-weekly travel between sites with occasional working from home when supporting on projects.
Key Responsibilities as a HR Advisor will include:
- Partnering with managers to provide practical guidance on people management and employee relations issues.
- Delivering consistent, commercially focused HR advice in line with company policy and employment legislation.
- Supporting absence management processes, including Occupational Health referrals and return-to-work planning.
- Analysing HR data and trends to provide insights and support informed decision-making.
- Contributing to HR projects, process improvements and the consistent application of HR policies across the business.
- Managing a busy Employee Relations caseload covering absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Conducting investigations and providing support through formal HR processes and hearings.

What we're looking for:
- Strong HR generalist experience with solid ER exposure
- Confident managing a busy, high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Full UK driving licence required due to travel between sites
