These technologies enable customers to improve operational intelligence, optimise production, reduce downtime, strengthen asset performance, enhance safety and compliance, lower operating costs and make faster, data-driven decisions. This is far more than a divisional leadership role. It is an opportunity to shape the future of a high-growth technology business with the backing, investment and autonomy to build something truly exceptional.

As Divisional Managing Director, you will have full responsibility for the strategic direction, commercial performance and continued growth of the Digital Operations business. You will:

- Build, inspire and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
- Work alongside the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to help shape the future direction of the wider Group.
Ideal Candidate
An accomplished commercial leader with a proven track record of growing technology-led businesses within industrial software, automation, systems integration, operational technology (OT), industrial IoT or digital transformation. You understand how industrial organisations use operational data to improve productivity, optimise assets and create competitive advantage, bringing:
- Significant executive leadership experience with full P&L responsibility
- A track record of delivering profitable growth within complex technology businesses
- The ability to lead through change, build exceptional leadership teams and create a high-performance culture
- Credibility with customers, Boards, investors and senior executive stakeholders
This is a hybrid leadership role with offices in Sheffield, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Alcester and Saltaire, together with international operations in Toronto and Serbia. Regular UK and international travel will be required. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a market-leading Digital Operations business at a defining point in its growth.
