Parkinson Lee | Executive Search are currently retained partner to a fast-growing, private equity-backed business seeking an interim Finance Director to provide hands-on leadership during a period of transformation. This is a brilliant opportunity to drive tangible change and would suit a Finance Leader that enjoys both people management and finance transformation projects!
Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will:
- Lead the finance team through a period of change and transition
- Own financial operations, including month-end close, reporting, and cash flow management
- Support key strategic initiatives, including ERP implementation and M&A activity
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and both internal and external reporting
- Collaborate with leadership to drive operational efficiencies across international teams.
Location: South Yorkshire (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office)
Minimum of 12 months FTC (potential for permanent transition if this is of interest)
The successful candidate will ideally be available to start in March 2025
Salary: £six figure+ basic plus completion bonus and attractive benefits
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified accountant with significant Interim Finance Director experience
- Strong background in leading finance teams through change
- Hands-on, detail-oriented leader with exceptional communication skills
- International experience & exposure to PE-backed businesses preferred
- ERP implementation experience (NetSuite preferred, but not essential)
