This individual will play a pivotal role in driving international sales growth, across core and diversified markets. This is a unique opportunity to join the senior leadership team of a high-performing, ambitious organisation during a significant period of growth and transformation.

The Opportunity

As Global Sales Director, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a global sales strategy that underpins the company’s £200m+ growth target. This role demands a commercial leader with strong strategic vision, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a track record of delivering sustained, profitable growth in complex international environments across automotive / aerospace sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all commercial activities across multiple business units
  • Drive performance across global markets with full P&L responsibility.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and define entry strategies for emerging markets.
  • Standardise and enhance global sales processes, systems, and reporting tools.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing international sales team.
  • Strengthen relationships with global OEMs and Tier 1 customers while expanding into new sectors.
  • Oversee the integration and commercial success of new acquisitions.
