As General Manager for the Site in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, you will take full responsibility for the site’s operational and strategic performance, ensuring all functions work cohesively to deliver business goals, profitability, and compliance. You will lead a multi-disciplinary senior team (Operations, Quality, HR, Technical, Commercial, Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Innovation and Technical Design) and function as the key link between site operations and senior international leadership. The General Manager will lead the full operational, commercial, and strategic performance of the flagship site, that supplies advanced engineered products to global customers across multiple industrial markets and is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation.
