Parkinson|Lee are partnered with a Global Industrial Manufacturing firm in the search for a Commercial Director (Sales & Product Management). We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Commercial Director to take accountability for driving profitable growth, innovation, and people development. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping business strategy, developing high-performing teams, and delivering sustained success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Full P&L accountability for your business line, identifying and delivering new product and market opportunities.
- Drive marketing and sales excellence, including effective use of CRM tools to optimise funnels, lead conversion, and customer engagement.
- Lead pricing strategy to maximise value and profitability.
- Partner closely with R&D to ensure a steady flow of innovation and new product development.
- Identify adjacent markets and opportunities for expansion.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of empowerment, inclusion, and growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven progressive commercial sales leadership experience, in a senior people leadership role.
- Proven track record in P&L management, business development, and pricing strategy within a global manufacturing business.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Power BI and CRM systems.
- A confident change leader with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Global mindset and experience working across diverse teams and cultures.
Travel requirement: Approximately 50%. Able to work in Lincolnshire onsite.
