Parkinson Gray Associates is the leading building services recruitment agency in the Yorkshire region. Our client, a leading large-scale West Yorkshire-based building services contractor, has engaged us to recruit a Senior Mechanical Contracts/Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will lead a team of Project Managers and commercial, design and support staff to consolidate and expand their market share. You will be responsible for the Yorkshire region’s profit and loss and report to the regional and national senior management team.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to lead a successful and growing division within a well-known building services group. We are looking for a seasoned building services professional, ideally with a mechanical (HVAC) background and a proven track record within the industry.
