Modern Methods of Construction (MMC)
With the vast majority of the team based in the West Midlands, further growth is planned particularly across key strategic northern cities such as Leeds and Manchester, in order to increase the presence of more locally based technical experts for regional projects and business development. In the medium term this would require Engineers comfortable working from home in the absence of a northern office, however this is something that may change in the future should numbers grow and warrant a base to provide more of a hybrid working environment.
Applications are invited from both Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Design Engineers operating at Senior, Principal and/or Associate level, capable of managing their own time effectively to facilitate working remotely but as part of a wider team of MEP specialists collaborating on live schemes. The appointed Engineers will need to be highly technically competent, commercially astute and client facing, presenting a self-assured demeanour and demonstrating clear and precise communication skills that will inspire confidence at all stages of the design process.
Whilst the position is predominantly a technical delivery role providing MEP design and project oversight, it is expected that the client facing and approachable nature of the hired personnel will assist in light business development duties. This will include further developing current customers to help win more work, along with levering new relationships when the opportunity arises and further highlighting the company s presence to manage additional northern based schemes.
