A mechanically biased MEP Contractor based in Bradford is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager. The company delivers mechanical and MEP projects across the UK, with individual project values up to around £2m. They are looking for a commercially strong Mechanical Project Manager who can take ownership of projects, deal directly with clients and manage the full delivery process from design implementation through to completion.

This is a client-facing role and would suit someone who is confident managing mechanical building services projects, controlling costs, protecting margin and taking full P&L responsibility. The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical building services background, ideally gained with a mechanical or MEP contractor. You should be comfortable managing projects up to around £2m, working closely with clients, subcontractors, internal teams and design partners.

Good design implementation experience is important, as you will be expected to understand technical information, coordinate drawings and ensure that the design is properly translated into a successful site delivery. You must also be willing to travel to projects across the UK as required.
