Mechanical Estimator – Building Services Parkinson Gray Associates are the leading building services Recruitment Agency in the Yorkshire region, recruiting for both building services contractors and consultancies. Working within the white-collar market, we have long-term relationships with the leading businesses in our market. We have been engaged by one of them to assist them with their recruitment for an experienced Mechanical Estimator. As Mechanical Estimator, you will work in conjunction with the senior management team to produce fast, accurate and competitive tenders. You will work closely with the company\’s Clients to value engineer and offer solutions that add value to their business. You will use estimation software to produce design and build tenders and will be a key part of the machinery of the business, feeding good profitable projects into the Company. We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator for this role. You will have gained this experience with a building services contractor and will be familiar with large-scale projects. Whilst we are not looking for a Design Engineer for this role you will have good engineering/design awareness and be able to offer value engineering solutions to your Clients, based on your extensive experience of building services. This is an opportunity to join a business as it embarks upon a period of significant expansion.
