Our Client is one of the longest running M&E Design and Build Contractors in the Yorkshire region.
Our Client is a national MEP Design practice with regional offices located across the North East, Yorkshire, North West, and Midlands.
Our Client is the largest independent M&E Contractor in the Yorkshire region, with a turnover in excess of £75m, employing circa 200 staff across 5 Group companies.
For 30 years, they have been providing full building services design and installation services for sectors including commercial, retail, leisure, residential, healthcare, and industrial.
They have a strong reputation for delivering cost-effective MEP solutions, supporting main contractors, developers, and end users in developing complex MEP systems for building use and refurbishment.
The company has invested heavily in 3D technology and Revit software but still utilizes and produces 2D AutoCAD drawings, viewing this as the \”basic language\” of design projects from which installations are performed.
The pre-construction design team works closely with the operations team to coordinate activities, and a competent CAD Technician is required to work quickly and efficiently to support live schemes.
