We\'re working with a well-established building services consultancy that\'s continuing to grow its Electrical Design team in Manchester. Due to a sustained project pipeline, they\'re looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Designer to lead complex design work.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on the experience)

The Role
You\'ll sit at the heart of the MEP design team, supporting mechanical and electrical engineers by producing accurate, coordinated Revit models and technical information.
Producing and developing MEP models in Revit across multiple project stages
Coordinating services layouts with internal teams and external consultants
Supporting BIM standards, model management and data accuracy
Assisting with clash detection and resolving coordination issues
Contributing to drawing packages for design and construction phases
What They\'re Looking For
Proven experience using Revit for building services (MEP) projects
A good understanding of mechanical and/or electrical services layouts
Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and other disciplines
Strong attention to detail and pride in well-structured models
Previous consultancy or contractor design office experience preferred
