Four Seasons Ltd is expanding, and we're looking for motivated, hands-on people to join us as Grounds Maintenance Operatives. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in a job well done, and want to be part of a supportive, hard-working team, this could be the role for you!

What you'll be doing:

  • Mowing grass with ride-on and pedestrian mowers, plus strimmer’s
  • Hedge and shrub pruning & cutting
  • Weed control and safe chemical application
  • Seasonal work such as leaf collection, edging, litter picking and more
  • Helping keep sites neat, tidy and welcoming year-round

What we're looking for you to gain:

  • Grounds maintenance and horticulture knowledge
  • Pesticide training (PA6 & PA6a desirable)
  • NVQ Level 2 in horticulture preferred
  • Awareness of Health & Safety regulations
  • DBS/ CRB check
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A self-starter with good initiative and team spirit
