The ideal candidate will:
- Have a non-domestic energy assessor qualification.
- Have experience in the construction industry.
- Have experience with TAS software, although experience with similar packages such as IES VE or DesignBuilder is also acceptable.
- Have a clean driving licence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Directors.
- Producing building models and load schedules for plant selections.
- Producing SBEM's and EPC's.
- Conducting energy surveys.
- Preparing energy statements for planning.
- Producing BREEAM reports i.e. Thermal Comfort, Passive Design, Low Zero Carbon, TM54 Operational Energy, etc.
The appointed candidate can look forward to working on a wide range of interesting projects, closely with high profile customers. Working within one of the largest M&E design teams in the Yorkshire region, excellent career progression is available for those capable of moving up the ladder and further into client and project management.
Finally, the office is conveniently situated close to the M1, offering excellent motorway links North, South, East, and West Yorkshire, with the added advantage of avoiding busy city centre traffic.
