Non Domestic Energy Assessor in Leeds

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a non-domestic energy assessor qualification.
• Have experience in the construction industry.
• Have experience with TAS software, although experience with similar packages such as IES VE or DesignBuilder is also acceptable.
• Have a clean driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Directors.
• Producing building models and load schedules for plant selections.
• Producing SBEM's and EPC's.
• Conducting energy surveys.
• Preparing energy statements for planning.
• Producing BREEAM reports i.e. Thermal Comfort, Passive Design, Low Zero Carbon, TM54 Operational Energy, etc.
