The Role
You will take full responsibility for mechanical estimating on a range of large-scale projects including commercial, healthcare, education and industrial developments.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing detailed mechanical tenders from first principles
- Full take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Pricing HVAC, pipework, plant rooms and associated mechanical systems
- Managing supplier and subcontractor enquiries
- Risk analysis and value engineering input
- Supporting tender adjudications and client presentations
