Our Client is a highly respected Yorkshire based Mechanical & Electrical Contractor, offering design, installation, and maintenance services for fully co-ordinated building services projects. Established over 100 years ago, they have earned an enviable reputation for providing specialist commercial and industrial engineering services to the building industry, including sector specific projects to residential, leisure, education, retail, and healthcare developments.

The M&E Design Team works closely with all sections of the business to ensure cost effective, energy efficient, and fit for purpose MEP design packages. With the demand for M&E design services only increasing, the business is looking to make two key hires within the team. There is some flexibility over the exact level of experience and qualifications required, but the expectation is to hire at Engineer (intermediate) and Senior Engineer levels.

Interested parties must be able to provide full heating, ventilation, and air conditioning design, demonstrating a flexible attitude and a strong commercial understanding of value engineering. It is also expected that all applicants would be up to date with the latest building regulations and industry software.
