We’re recruiting for an Electrical Project Manager to join a highly respected, independently owned MEP contractor based in West Yorkshire. This business has a strong reputation for delivering quality projects directly for end clients and major main contractors, covering both traditional and design & build work. With an expanding order book and long-standing industry relationships, they’re looking to grow their project management team.

The Role

As an Electrical Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of electrical building services projects from inception to completion. You’ll work closely with mechanical counterparts and senior management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Full project delivery including planning, coordination and resource management
  • Commercial oversight and responsibility for project profit & loss
  • Building and maintaining strong client and supply chain relationships
  • Managing design development and technical issues
  • Ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of safety and quality

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing electrical projects within the building services sector (typically up to £1M+)
  • Strong commercial and client-facing skills
  • Design awareness and ability to work within a collaborative MEP team
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
