A respected regional electrical contractor with a strong reputation for quality is seeking an Electrical Contracts Manager to take responsibility for projects from initial tender through to final handover. The business operates at around £5–6m turnover and delivers schemes typically valued at £500K, occasionally rising to £1.5m. Their work spans a variety of commercial and industrial settings and involves both repeat clients and new opportunities.

This is a role with real breadth. You’ll be involved in pricing work, preparing tenders, attending pre-start meetings, planning labour and materials, coordinating with site teams, and maintaining close communication with clients throughout delivery. You will also oversee commercial elements such as variations, valuations, and ensuring projects remain profitable and on programme.

They are looking for someone who brings:
