The Sustainability and Building Physics Team work together to create truly smart buildings buildings which are climate resilient, functional, low-carbon and energy efficient.
Services Include:
- Sustainable and health & well being benchmarking (BREEAM, LEED, WELL, FITWELL, RESET)
- Overheating and ventilation analysis
- Air quality assessment
- Energy audit
- Healthy building assessment
Applications are invited from trained and experienced Building Physics Engineers with a successful track record of working closely with M&E Design Engineers to collaborate on Energy Modelling projects. Previous experience using IES, TAS, DesignBuilder or similar software would be essential, able to work largely unsupervised. The hope would be that the successful applicant in time would move into a divisional lead position, managing a small team of Modellers.
