The appointment of a Technical Services Manager will involve working closely with the Group Design Manager to ensure smooth project delivery. Key criteria include:
- Mechanical (HVAC) bias with solid general building services knowledge, including basic electrical engineering.
- Acting as the main contact with clients during the design process.
- Assisting in developing the design programme and monitoring designer performance to meet deadlines.
- Managing design activities to align with the programme and communicating scope changes to the Commercial Team.
- Ensuring designs meet statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Monitoring and reporting on design progress weekly.
- Tracking RFI statuses and technical submittals, assisting in their preparation.
- Meeting all deadlines to the highest standards.
- Liaising with personnel across the Group.
