We're working with a leading international multidisciplinary engineering consultancy that is continuing to invest in the growth of its MEP business across the North of England. As part of this expansion, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to join the business at Associate, Associate Director or Director level. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a strategic leadership role, combining technical excellence, team development, client engagement and business growth. You'll lead the Electrical discipline across the North, helping to shape a growing team while delivering technically challenging projects across a diverse range of sectors.
Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

What You'll Do:
- Lead the Electrical discipline across a varied portfolio of multidisciplinary Building Services projects.
- Provide technical leadership and oversee the delivery of high-quality electrical design solutions from concept through to completion.
- Manage, mentor and develop an established Electrical engineering team, supporting its continued growth.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across the UK and international design teams to deliver coordinated engineering solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
- Play an active role in business development, supporting work-winning activities and helping to secure new opportunities.
- Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget and the highest technical standards.
- Contribute to the strategic growth and success of the regional MEP business.
Who You Are:
- An experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer with a strong consultancy background.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects and managing technical teams.
- Strong technical expertise across Electrical Building Services design.
- Commercially aware with experience developing client relationships and supporting business growth.
- A confident leader who enjoys mentoring and developing engineers.
- Experienced across a range of private sector projects, including: Commercial, Residential, Build-to-Rent (BTR), Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Co-Living, Hotels, Leisure and Higher Education.
- Chartered Engineer status (or working towards Chartership) would be advantageous.
