We are seeking a talented Legal Counsel / Solicitor to join our Chorley office and contribute to our continued success. As Legal Counsel / Solicitor, you will provide practical legal advice and support across the Group, responding to day-to-day legal queries and delivering training to promote efficiency and strong working relationships. The role involves reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, supporting tender submissions, and advising on sector‑specific matters including land ownership, VAT, insolvency, data protection and intellectual property. You will also assist with disputes and legal claims, conduct legal research, liaise with senior executives to obtain approvals, and support the effective management of contracts through the Group’s contract management system.
