We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team.
As an Account Manager you will work independently on existing client accounts under the direction of the Head of Channel.
You will be responsible for on-boarding new clients whilst also maintaining and developing existing accounts.
- Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks in connection with the onboarding process from PSQ through to go live and communicate these stages where necessary to clients and with internal departments.
- Ensure a high degree of accuracy and process quality control through attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
- Manage the expectations of clients; when disruptions/issues occur during the service delivery process, it is imperative to work quickly with internal departments and the client to resolve the situation.
- Work to deadlines and help to achieve weekly and monthly team sales targets.
- Liaise on a daily basis with your colleagues and update them on any developments in your work, ensuring a high level of team cooperation.
- Ensure the Channel lead is kept informed of any developments relevant to the accounts you are supporting them on.
- Attend client meetings on site with or without Channel lead as required.
- Gain a detailed knowledge of the car park management system and understand how this product can be implemented to meet the requirements of the client.
- Compile proposals and contracts
- Prepare and analyse reports for both senior management and clients
- Successfully launch a new site with a client by ensuring stakeholders on site are trained on how to use the system, comms have been issued etc
- Handle escalated client queries over permits, appeals, refunds by liaising with the relevant internal department
- Help to achieve Account Management targets as set by the Management Team within the agreed time scale
- Ensure car parks remain operational and proactively liaise with all parties to keep your sites active
- Ensure best in class service that leads to retention of all customers.
- Formal Qualifications & Experience Required
- Strong account management and relationship building skills
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills
- Strong I. T and written English language skills
- Confidence in dealing with all levels of personnel both externally and internally
- Willingness to assume responsibilities and take ownership of tasks
- Travelling and overnight stays will be required as part of the role
- Ability to multi-task
- Aptitude to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in an administration support role
- Capacity to work under pressure as customer requests can often occur in an unpredictable manner
