OVERVIEW
We’re expanding rapidly and need two skilled operatives to support short-duration projects involving signage installation and civils work across our car park estate. You’ll be joining a high-performing team in a business recognised for its culture and quality, backed by our Great Place to Work certification—earned through feedback from our own employees.
This is a hands-on role requiring a mix of signage installation and general groundworks. You’ll work closely with a colleague to deliver installations efficiently and to a high standard. Tasks include installing service trenching, columns, bollards, and signposts, as well as repairing and resurfacing affected areas. Some signage work will require working at height, so confidence and competence in using ladders and access platforms is essential.
You’ll need to be based in the Northwest of England, within easy reach of our Preston Operations Hub, where you’ll collect signs, tools, and equipment. Travel is a key part of the role, with overnight stays up to four nights a week. We’ll cover accommodation, provide a meal allowance, and pay an overnight premium monthly.
