We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Commercial Sales Executive to support revenue growth within our National ANPR Division. This role is responsible for outbound sales activity, data analysis, and appointment generation for Commercial Managers, contributing directly to KPI achievement and revenue performance on a national scale.
The successful candidate will be confident engaging with prospective clients, analysing commercial data, and proposing effective technical solutions that meet customer needs while aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct high-volume outbound telephone sales to prospective commercial clients
- Book qualified appointments for Commercial Managers to progress opportunities
- Analyse commercial and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Propose technical, revenue-driven solutions to support client and business needs
- Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs, sales targets, and revenue objectives
- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems and reporting tools
- Collaborate closely with Commercial Managers and wider technical teams
- Represent the organisation professionally in all client interactions
- Proven experience in outbound telephone sales within a B2B environment
- Strong commercial awareness and revenue-focused mindset
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable outcomes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable working in a KPI-led environment
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Experience within land registry, technical, facilities, or car park management (desirable but not essential)
