Reporting to the Chief Technology & Information Officer, the Product Owner will play an important role in supporting the development and delivery of our B2B product offerings. Working closely with internal teams across Sales, Operations, and Development, you’ll help gather insights, shape product features, and contribute to delivering solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Product Development: Assist in shaping the product vision by gathering and analyzing feedback from stakeholders across the business.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Development teams to ensure product features are aligned with customer needs and business goals.
  • Maintain Product Roadmaps and Backlogs: Contribute to maintaining and updating the product roadmaps and backlogs to ensure it reflects business priorities and market changes.
  • Work with Development Teams: Support the development process by providing clear product requirements, defining user stories, participating in sprint planning, and ensuring features are delivered to a high standard.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior stakeholders to agree priorities, make timely product decisions, communicate product plans, report on delivery progress, risks and decisions clearly while acting as a primary point of contact for multiple product initiatives.
  • Product Launch: Coordinate product launches with key departments while ensuring internal teams are prepared to support and sell new products and features.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking product performance (i.e. usage, product adoption and customer feedback) and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills

  • Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly Sales, Operations, and Development, to deliver products or projects.
  • Communication: Clear and confident communicator who can share ideas and product updates with diverse audiences. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to gather feedback and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Problem Solving: A practical, hands-on approach to solving problems and overcoming challenges. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.
  • Analytical Thinking: Basic understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and product performance metrics. Ability to interpret data and feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Roadmap and Project Management: Strong project management and organisational capability. Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies and stakeholders. Strong commercial and customer orientation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a product-related role (such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Coordinator).
  • Experience working with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Development.
  • Experience of AI tooling (e.g. Claude, Co-pilot) to assist with generation of designs/wireframes, PRD’s, A/C, user stories, etc.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies & ceremonies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A keen interest in product development and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working ideally with SaaS, platforms, APIs, integrations or other B2B technology products.
  • Experience using tools such as Confluence and Azure DevOps or similar.
