Parking Partners is a small but highly respected London-based business operating within the parking sector. We are seeking a strong candidate who demonstrates exceptional professionalism, excellent time management, and outstanding interpersonal skills.

Your main duties will include the following:

  • General cleaning of the car park areas, doors, lobbies etc.
  • Ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to and records maintained.
  • Ensuring the rider machine is cleaned and well maintained.
  • General housekeeping of parking equipment and fittings.
  • Regular car park patrols and cleaning audits.
  • Reporting all defects/hazards immediately to management.
  • Liaising with members of the public.
  • Checking the stock levels of cleaning supplies.
  • Other, general / ad hoc operational matters.

Skills essential to the role:

  • Have experience working with ride-on cleaning machines (Tennant) or folk lift.
  • Reasonable level of fitness.
  • Awareness of health and safety procedures.
  • Efficiently communicate both verbally and in written form.
  • Able to manage and utilise time effectively.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a strong team player.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.

The main shift will be 07:00 - 15:00 Monday to Friday and flexibility to work Saturday and Sunday when required. The role is primarily based in Vauxhall. We are looking for an individual who can work a minimum of 24 hours per week. Successful candidates will need to be fully flexible and able to work across various shifts. Salary starts from £14.00 per hour, with an immediate start available.
