Parking Partners is a small but highly respected London-based business operating within the parking sector. We are seeking a strong candidate who demonstrates exceptional professionalism, excellent time management, and outstanding interpersonal skills.

Your main duties will include the following:

  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all users
  • Monitor the condition of the car park through regular patrols
  • Compile end-of-day and monthly car park revenue and audit reports
  • Ensure compliance with all car park health and safety requirements
  • Ensure all parking equipment is fully functional and operational
  • Process various categories of parking tickets using the parking system
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and litter-free car park environment
  • Assist with general or ad hoc operational duties as required

Skills essential to the role:

  • Strong organisational and team management skills
  • Fully computer literate, with confident use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities

The right candidate will need to be fully flexible, covering weekend, early, late and night shifts as required. The role is primarily based in Vauxhall. We are looking for someone who can work full-time, between 24 and 40 hours per week. The salary starts from £14.25 per hour, with an immediate start available.
