We are looking to recruit an experienced Operational Support Manager to ensure operational requirements and service level agreements are met through all aspects of the contract. The ideal candidate will have a background of management and customer service experience and a thorough understanding of contract processes.
What will you do?
- Assist the Contract Manager in the delivery of the contract with operational responsibility.
- Monitor budget and contract spend, ensuring effective cost control.
- Deliver a professional standard of administration for the contract, generating reports, analysing data, payroll, and HR responsibilities.
- Deploy CEOs and manage staff on a day-to-day basis.
- Open and close the base.
- Arrange and manage the beats.
