Operations Supervisor – off-street parking – Full-time β Limerick

An exciting new opening has arisen for an Operations Supervisor within the parking team in Limerick. A friendly, organised person would be well suited to help with the smooth running of operations. You will be responsible for reporting parking violations, vehicle maintenance of the fleet, maintaining and improving over all performance and development of the existing team.
Can you deliver an excellent customer experience by being a role model for best practice and supporting team members to deliver high levels of service?
Your day to day duties will include:
- Managing the activity of the off-site mobile patrol team and Parking Attendants while motivating and leading the team
- Reporting and rostering
- Parking enforcement/ Traffic Management
- Working with Management to deliver best practice and uniform service to Customers and Clients
- Drive corrective action where service levels are not being met
- Monitor KPI targets across all operations and maintain standards of performance
- Ensure ongoing informal feedback is gathered from customers
- Responsibility for your team, including recruitment, retention, training, performance evaluation and continued development
