Mobile Parking Patrol Officer - Full Time: 40 Hours per week - including some evenings and weekends, , £29,556.80 per annum, Driving License essential.

We have had a position become vacant for a Car Parking Attendant to work between various sites covering the Southwest of Surrey and Southampton.
Car parking attendants are a key part of our team and oversee the smooth and safe running of our car parks.
You will be provided with access to a company vehicle to travel between sites.
This role will include some evenings and weekends, working on a 5 week rota basis and working between the hours of 8am and 7pm.
What you will do
- Conduct security patrols in line with Client instructions ensuring that they are recorded.
- Ensure procedures for issuing Penalty Notices is adhered to.
- Report identified criminal activity in accordance with company procedures.
- Complete relevant documentation as appropriate.
- Operate and clean parking control equipment as appropriate.
- Regulate entry and exit of vehicles to and from car park.
- Monitor the appearance of the designated car park, taking action to ensure that Company standards are achieved and maintained.
- Check car parks for standards of cleanliness and take corrective action as appropriate.
- Report evidence of substance abuse.
- Ensure Parking Enforcement is correctly reported and recorded.
- Ensure all faults are reported and recorded following the correct procedure.
- Assist customers in distress or in need of other assistance.
- Monitor activity on the car park and to deter any criminal activity.
- Undertake foot patrols of the car park.
- Ensure all vehicles have paid the appropriate charge.
What you will bring

- An SIA Licence preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of parking industry and processes preferred but not essential
- Clean driving licence essential and held for at least 1 year - please note we cannot accept an Automatic Driving License.
