We are looking for a Customer Services Adviser who will be the face of our business, bringing outstanding customer service within the Airport sector. You will join a team that takes pride in their Customer Service and in its people.

Here’s what you need to know before applying:
- This is a working shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts working days and nights.
Your key duties will include:
- Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless tailored experience.
- Understanding and being fully familiar with the parking equipment, pre-booking system, ANPR system and other related equipment.
- Completing report sheets and log sheets as instructed.
- Carrying out relevant basic maintenance of payment machines and entry and exit barriers.
- Ensuring that patrols are carried out at all times in accordance with the site’s KPI’s.
