As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing management and development of customer accounts, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities. The role involves the sale of printed products, operational print, and ancillary items across multiple sectors, including parking, transport, healthcare, and leisure, in line with the core activities of our parent company, Nagels Druck GmbH. This role offers excellent future progression opportunities for the right candidate within a growing international organization.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify potential clients and generate new sales leads
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
- Coordinate customer meetings and site visits to maximize opportunities
- Prepare and complete sales contracts and agreements
- Monitor accounts and ensure ongoing customer support
- Work closely with internal teams and departments to optimize success
- Create, maintain, and update accurate customer records
- Generate and manage a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
- Provide product pricing while ensuring profitability and regional growth
- Generous, uncapped commission structure
- Additional bonus payments for achieving turnover milestones
- 26 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays)

- Normal working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m
- Proven experience in sales and account management
- Previous experience within the UK parking sector would be highly advantageous, but is not essential
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Native English speaker or fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Full UK clean driving licence
- Print or ticketing product knowledge is an advantage; full training provided
- You will be computer literate, well organized, and confident in both written and verbal communication, with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
This is a full-time role combining office based and remote working. Applicants must be based in the UK and have the legal right to work in the UK. No overseas sponsorship is available for this position. Applicants who have previously applied for this role do not need to reapply.
