The Operational Support Analyst role is a full-time position, requiring 42 hours per week with a salary of £33,000 per annum. This position is based in our Wigan office and is crucial for improving key department metrics in revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiencies.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Support Analyst will provide operational support through continual monitoring of systems, data analysis, and process optimisation. The role is office-based, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Monitoring and analysis of daily operational data, communicating any discrepancies with potential recommendations.
- Working with the operations department to ensure that solution functionality meets business requirements.
- Providing regular ad-hoc reporting as required by stakeholders within the department.
- Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to maintain operational performance by communicating relevant information.
- Utilising data to provide recommendations to assist in scheduling.
- Ensuring that equipment uptime levels are maintained at the required business standard.
- Proactively identifying operational issues, troubleshooting and resolving where appropriate.
- Working closely with the General Manager to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensuring business and sector regulations are adhered to at all times.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proven track record of interpreting data and creating reports essential to business operations, ideally within the parking or facilities management sector. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary, along with the ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
