Supervisor - Parking Enforcement - Lincoln
Full Time; 45 hours per week – Salary: £30,771 per annum.
Responsibilities
- Manage your on‑street team of enforcement staff to ensure they are performing their duties.
- Work on‑street with your team to ensure staff are effectively deployed.
- Review performance data to ensure contractual conditions are met and implement corrective measures.
- Motivate, praise and develop your team.
- Ensure KPIs are reliably met by the enforcement team.
- Make recommendations to management on service/operational issues.
- Set goals, conduct appraisals and ascertain training needs for operational staff.
- Maintain and uphold client liaisons.
Qualifications
- Experience as a former civil enforcement officer or a supervisor in a similar industry such as security or facilities.
- Demonstrated team‑management skills, including coaching, training and recruiting.
- Experience working within a client‑facing role with good commercial acumen.
- Experience monitoring KPIs and preparing reports.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Hold a full clean, UK drivers licence.
