Role Overview

Customer Service Advisor – Aberdeen Airport – Full time 42 hours per week, £26,863.20 per annum. We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who will be the face of our business, bringing outstanding customer service within the Airport sector. You will join a passionate and friendly team working in a fast‑paced setting and have the opportunity to progress within a company that invests in its people.

Key Duties

  • Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless tailored experience
  • Be fully familiar with the parking equipment, pre‑booking system, ANPR system and other related equipment
  • Completing report sheets and log sheets as instructed
  • Carrying out relevant basic maintenance of payment machines and entry and exit barriers
  • Ensuring patrols are carried out at all times in accordance with the site’s KPI's
