Car Park Supervisor – Manchester / Liverpool Sites
Full Time – 5 days out of 7, £32,000 per annum.
Parking Network B.V. is looking for a Car Park Supervisor to join our friendly team covering the Manchester and Liverpool Sites. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring operational requirements and service level agreements are met throughout all aspects of the contract.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct support to the Area Operations Manager and oversee daily operations for the Car Park.
- Provide effective supervisory management to onsite Parking Patrol Officers, directing and motivating the team.
- Responsible for smooth running of daily operations and adherence to operating procedures.
- Drive revenue maximisation, continuous improvement of cost efficiencies and additional revenue opportunities.
- Ensure onsite team delivers an excellent and consistent customer experience.
- Support management with financial reporting.
- Utilise internal and external IT functions to accurately record and track operational/financial performance.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strive to improve SLA performance of the service provided by APCOA.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual KPIs.
What You’ll Bring
- Essential – 3 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Essential – Experience working Microsoft Office.
- Desirable – Experience working within the Car Parking Industry.
- Desirable – SIA Licence.
