What You’ll Do
As a Business Analyst, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and delivery teams — ensuring strategic objectives are translated into actionable insights and tangible results. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with senior stakeholders to gather, analyse, and validate business requirements
- Translating complex business needs into clear documentation, user stories, and process maps
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and delivery teams to design secure and scalable solutions
- Supporting the development of Target Operating Models and transformation roadmaps
- Leading workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Driving business process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring end-to-end requirements traceability throughout project delivery
- Contributing to bids and proposals by providing analytical insights and clarity
What You’ll Bring
You’re a skilled communicator and problem solver who’s comfortable working in fast-paced, secure, or complex environments. You’ll ideally bring:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Defence, National Security, Government or similarly complex sectors
- Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks and methodologies (e.g., BABOK, Agile, Waterfall, SAFe)
- Experience in business process modelling (e.g., BPMN, UML) and requirements management tools
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence and innovation
