Join a trusted leader in National Security technology solutions. As part of our clients growing National Security team, you’ll guide one or more scrum teams made up of developers, architects, testers and business analysts. As a Scrum Master, you will be able to motivate teams and help them work together to deliver value quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Facilitate the scrum meetings - Daily Standup, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Planning
  • Building / Maintaining relationships - To be effective at removing blockers, relationships must be built and maintained with other delivery teams, product and other client teams across the organisation.
  • Attend the bi-weekly Scrum Master catch up sessions
  • Maintain the active Jira board and backlog items ensuring all attributes are correctly assigned.
  • Sprint / PI Reporting – Ensure reporting on activities is completed and accurate every sprint and every PI.
  • Work with the Agile Coach to ensure that agile methodology is implemented and complied with.

Experience required:

  • Stakeholder Engagement – Internal & External Partners
  • Agile Framework
  • Leading engineering teams
  • Software / Product background
  • National Security sector experience

Clearance required: Due to the nature of the clients’ work, you are required to hold an eDV level security clearance.
