The Role
This is a hands-on Creative Director position within a growing agency environment. The role combines creative leadership with active involvement in the development and execution of work across brand, digital and campaign projects. You will be responsible for shaping the overall creative direction of the agency while contributing directly to output. This is not a purely strategic role and requires someone comfortable working across both concept and execution.

- Lead ideation and creative direction across brand, campaign and digital projects

- Contribute hands-on to creative work across multiple disciplines
- Oversee output across brand identity, campaigns, digital experiences, motion and content
- Ensure all work is cohesive, strategically aligned and delivered to a high standard
- Team Leadership and Development
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team
- Create an environment that supports collaboration, development and experimentation
- Lead critique sessions and reviews to maintain quality and consistency

- Act as a senior creative voice in client relationships
